ATYS — Testing-Only Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 13, 2025
This policy applies to internal/closed testing builds only. A full production policy will replace this before public launch.
Collected to the minimum necessary for testing and stability:
Crash logs, stack traces, error details (via Sentry).
App start time, ANRs, memory/CPU metrics (via Sentry).
Screens viewed, taps, session length (via Sentry).
Device model, OS version, app version (via Sentry).
Install/Sentry SDK ID (no advertising ID).
IP address (for region/security).
Approximate (IP-based) and precise GPS (for in-app map/location features).
Email and name (for signup).
Screenshots/files you choose to send.
For test notifications.
Read access when you choose content to upload.
For user-initiated features (e.g., capturing photos).
One-time verification codes for 2FA only.
Items you explicitly select in-app.
Not collected: Microphone, contacts, calendar, clipboard, health/fitness data.
Processed by third-party providers (Rapyd and/or PayPal—final choice TBD). We do not store card numbers.
During testing, to delete your account and request deletion of associated testing data, email max@jobsatys.com from the email linked to your tester account. We may verify your identity and will process the request and confirm completion.
This manual process is primarily for the testing stage; when ATYS goes to production, an in-app "Delete account" button will be available for self-service deletion. Certain information may be retained as required by law, to prevent abuse, or in aggregated/anonymized form.
Testing builds are not directed to children under 13. Do not participate in testing if you are under 13.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to testing data. No method is 100% secure.
We may update this testing policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the Effective date above.
